Main Technical Features |
Construction of 5,000 m2 building in 5 floors with structural
steel type with flexural joints together with lateral bracing in
two transverse directions. The girders are fabricated of steel
plates and the ceiling system made with one way block slabs.
Earth test resulted the soil strength above 3 kg/cm² and strip
type answers the requirements of the building foundation. The
Design Phase took time approximately three months. |
